	Our holiday home is available for booking from mid March each year through until mid November. The calendar below shows our current availability. The rates quoted above are for up to 8 guests staying in our caravan and include all gas and electricity. They are valid for stays of up to 3 nights. The longer the stay the lower your rate-

Book 4 consecutive nights - Pay for just 3½
Book 7 consecutive nights - Pay for just 5½
Book 14 consecutive nights - Pay for just 10.

You will also need to pay a refundable £65 security bond for short breaks of less than 5 nights and £80 for longer breaks. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for damage and missing items. You may also require fun works passes for your party. These give you access to the Haven activities on site and are charged at a per person rate. Infants under 4 do not require passes. Child passes are available for guests aged 4 to 14 and adult rates applies to all other guests. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
