Our Mobile Holiday Home is located on the popular award winning Combe Haven Holiday Park on the South Downs. This is on the outskirts of Hastings in the seaside town of St Leonards On Sea.

Our Caravan is situated in a quiet area of the park but due to the location there is a steep slope that leads to the main complex. This can be avoided by a short walk up some steps as an alternative route.

The complex contains most of the facilities, Entertainment Complex, Mash & Barrel Bar/Lounge/Cafe suitable for all the family, Amusements, Swimming Pool and shop for all those necessities you may need during your stay.

Our Caravan is a 2010 Willerby Summer 35 x 10 with 3 bedrooms. Using the Haven rating system our caravan is equivalent to a Superior model. We can accommodate up to 8 guests.



	The three bedrooms consist of 1 double & 2 twins and there is a pull out double bed in the front room. Although all pillows and duvets are supplied many guests like the feel of their own home bedding so bring their own. If you prefer you can hire pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers from the site hire shop for the duration of your stay. The caravan is fully equipped with a full inventory with extras to provide the personal touch to make your stay more enjoyable.

					Extras to include an LCD TV in Double bedroom with DVD Player and a TV in a twin bedroom. Also in the Main Room is 26 inch LCD TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with a small freezer compartment, Microwave, Cooker with oven and grill, baking / roasting trays and a 4 slice toaster. All the bed rooms and the bathroom

have panelled radiators and there is a gas fire in the living room so you won’t be cold should you get a nippy day.

In the bed rooms there is plenty of storage.

All the beds can be pulled together to make up a double if required.

No smoking or pets are allowed in our caravan. This is for the comfort of

other guests staying in our caravan. To enable full use of the park facilities it is recommended that you purchase Fun Works passes in advance. We can then arrange for them to be waiting for you in Reception on arrival.

Piped gas and electricity is included in the hire cost taking the worry out of having to top up or have cylinders changed during your stay.

While we will try and match/beat Havens Prices, we like to think we have the advantage on our caravan by having everything ready for you, letting you start your holiday relaxed.

Early check in (Subject To Confirmation) with us, you only need to turn up and keys are waiting no queuing at 16.00 with everybody else that has the same booking in time.

We personally clean our caravan from

top to bottom before your arrival leaving it fresh and clean just like home from home.

We also supply bedding for you, another time saver as no walking up to the hire shop, just beds need making on arrival.

Our caravan is a 2010 model so very up to date, you can guarantee what you are getting something well looked after as not only you the holidaymakers use but we also use on a regular basis hence the added personal touches. The caravan can sleep 6 comfortably or 8 (double in lounge) for the larger party, imagine the children’s surprise when they have a choice of a single/double bed and a room each needless to say this applies to the average family of 4. This combined with the caravan not being too far away from the main complex but in a friendly quiet part of the Park also will make for a perfect relaxing stay.
